Shipping Policy

At Tactical Redneck, we keep it simple:

Free shipping. Always. No minimums. No gimmicks.
If you see a price, that’s the price. No hidden fees. No surprises.

 

Where We Ship:
We currently ship within North America only (United States and Canada).

 

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control—but we move it out fast.

Tracking:
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can keep eyes on your gear.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind what we sell—but we also expect customers to be confident in what they order.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle it:

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:

 

Items must be:

  • New

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

If it looks used, worn, or field-tested, it’s not eligible for return.

 

Restocking Fee:
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first so we can approve and guide the return.

  • Order number

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

We will respond with next steps and return instructions.

Additional Notes

  • We do not accept returns on items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Shipping fees (if any outside promotions) are non-refundable

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will make it right
